I am an experienced IDIQ Project Manager with a background in Mission Critical business models and government contracting. As a Project Manager I was tasked with managing critical repair projects and emergency service engagements for the USAF Power Conditioning and Continuation Interfacing Equipment (PCCIE) Maintenance contract. As the Director of Mission Critical Operations and Projects, I now lead a team of Project Managers who support power critical and technology-dependent organizations across various portfolios. Program challenges include meeting customer’s emergency, routine maintenance, and equipment modernization needs while leading daily business operations. I’ve had the opportunity to spearhead several process improvement projects, renegotiate vendor partnerships, develop pricing models and establish new relationships to aid in the company’s growth.

WORK EXPERIENCE

PERGRAVIS, LLC

FEBRUARY, 2020 – CURRENT (TAMPA, FL)

DIRECTOR OF MISSION CRITICAL OPERATIONS AND PROJECTS

Directorship: Manage, train, and lead Project Management team to execute routine maintenance, repair, and emergency services across various client portfolios. Serves as a mentor to team leads and develops internal employees.

Directorship: Works closely with government program leaders to better understand their goals, needs, and provide solutions. Effectively built working relationships with various types of organizations; including but not limited to, AFM-FBI, USSF, and Raytheon Defense.

Directorship: Partner with leadership to dissect program roadblocks, develop action plans, and continuously fulfill customer needs. Maintains weekly dashboard of division’s KPIs to identify areas of success and improvement. Responsible for all internal process development and documentation to ensure continued division growth.

Business Development: Assists with and directs all service pricing activity for leads generated by field partners. Maintains accurate contract history, including, award value for financial reporting.

Project Management: Actively working with a team of DevOps consultants to rebuild the company’s CRM/ERP system (Salesforce) for more effective case management and program visibility.

Project Management: Led various vendor negotiations and was able to establish working relationships with new subcontractors including Power Secure, Enersys and Unified Power. Lead negotiator for securing competitive rates for large scale projects.

Project Management: Key stakeholder in organizational resource management, including but not limited to, serving as the hiring manager, supporting calculations of resource overhead and identifying team resource needs.

MARCH, 2019 – FEBRUARY 2020 (TAMPA, FL) PROMOTION

PROJECT MANAGER

Contract Management: Responsible for developing quotes for all post service leads. Prepares pricing justification, develops proposals, reviews task orders for accuracy, executes contract actions.

Project Management: Lead project manager for diagnostic, emergency and repair services for the USAF Power Conditioning and Continuation Interfacing Equipment (PCCIE) UPS and Battery Maintenance Contract. Leads projects from award to closeout.

Project Management: Successfully executed twenty mission critical repair services across multiple CONUS and OCONUS military installations within a year.

Project Management: Continuously strengthens organizational relationships with worldwide government organizations, as well as power quality product OEMs, including Eaton, Vertiv, and Schneider Electric.

Program Management: Developed detailed program deliverables including but not limited to a high-level Program Overview, a Quality Assurance and Surveillance Plan, and a Quality Control Program that met the specifications outlined in the USAF PCCIE PWS.

Program Management: Served as SME and power user for the initial build out of the organization’s records management system and project workflow. Assisted with the initial architecture of the customer facing community portal.

Project Management: Led post award Vendor Kickoff conference calls, developed and delivered purchase orders, and coordinated service delivery.

Project Management: Managed 30-50 student records each semester to ensure successful enrollment.

Account Management: Core tasks included but were not limited to: completing admissions interviews, managing course registration, coordinating student’s initial orientation, and assisting students with establishing a financial plan. Overall efforts contributed to a combined average of 4.7% increase in retention for the adult learning division. Consistently ranked in the top 3 producers on the team.

LEGAL BILLING SPECIALIST

Project Management: Managed unique client-matter billings for 40-50 attorneys to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly billing metrics.
