Title: Design and Fabrication of Cruise Control System in Two Wheeler Description: Controlling the carburetor valve of the two wheeler engine by a stepper motor interfaced with a PIC Micro controller-16f877a, for steady speed and good mileage. PHASE 3 PROJECT:

Title: Experimentation & Characterization Study of Welded IS2062E350 Structural Steel Using GMAW Description: Studied, Analyzed the welded specimen to meet all the test standards for high strength usage compared to other steels used in structural applications. It succeeded so we can use this graded material for fabrication and construction which can be economically low cost compared to other ones. INDUSTRIAL EXPOSURE

Currently working as a design engineer in FIXTURE & TOOL DESIGN drafting in DESMAAN INDIA PVT.LTD.

Has 4 months of internship experience in HIROTEC INDIA PVT.LTD, the leading manufacturers in developing BIW robotic fixtures for automotive welding and hemming. They develop complete floor layout and produce automotive machines to achieve the JPH according to customer perspective. Have worked under process engineering department for period of 3months.

Gained knowledge in the field of automation and electro simulation components in ELMECH AUTOMATIONS AND AUTO FEEDERS, Maniyakarampalayam, Coimbatore undergone training for a period from August 2018 to October 2018.

Foundry related practical knowledge and queries have been cleared by visiting SHANTHI CASTING WORKS PVT.LTD during the period from 5th July 2017 to 6th July 2017. TECHNICAL SKILLS
