Responsibilities

. Sound knowledge and experience in Architectural works on site,starting from erection of Blockworks,fixing of Marble floors, Ceramic tiles, EIFS (External insulated finishing system) Sun shades, Rain screen claddings, Aluminium cladding, curtain-walls, punch windows, stick system, unitised system, finishing of different ceilings(gypsum,grg. elements, alum. ceilings, mineral fibre tile ceilings),kitchen cabinets, bedrm. wardrobes, vanity & kitchen counters, Glass wall claddings) Interlock pavements to name a few.

• Coordinating and managing the day to day on site / offsite inspections and tests to ensure that the works are performed as per approved drawings, specifications and method statements.

• Resolving all technical issues in coordination with the related trade heads

(MEP).

• Manage and coordinate with the execution team for implementation of works.

• Participate in intermediate and final inspections of architectural works.

• Provide architectural guidance and supervision to field engineers on all building aspects.
