To provide professional Human Resource strategic support and consultative services to Business Units
First point of Contact for all HR related queries
Analyze and interpret HR information and make recommendations to BU’s
retention and separation of employees
Drive the performance management system to meet business objectives and build a performance culture.
Liaise with HR Operations, Training and Development and Payroll
Lead HR projects such as CANSA, Shavathon & Wellness day
Frequent travel to the regions and available to BU’s when required
Monthly status reporting to HR Manager
Talent Management
Operational
Consult and advise management and employees on labour Relations issues. Ensure awareness on Labour Relations Act, Basic conditions of Employment Act and all other labour legislation.
Prepare & represent the company on CCMA (conciliation & arbitration).
Providing administrative support, warrant of contracts implementation, benchmarks and renewals according to HR procedures to ensure the smooth functioning of the offices.
Prepare and compile all IR reports for the company
Culture. Advertise vacancies, assess applications, interview applicants
Coordinate and manage the orientation of new employees, process probationary reviews, employee evaluations and terminations.
Develop and implement HR policies such as performance management, disciplinary and absence management. Manage and accelerate all local staff placement processes (justification, documentation, approval, appointment.
Deliver training on workshops on HR relate topics.
Ensure all budgeting and vacancy procedures are followed on a timely basis.
Conduct exit interviews for all leavers.
Ensure timely submission of routine reports.
Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Analyze the skills and qualities required for each particular job and develop job descriptions.

Identifying skills shortage or areas of Development with the Line Manager and recommending appropriate training.
Facilitate Learnership
Managing of Learnerships and training.
Facilitating performance reviews and succession planning
L&D working with SETAs and learnerships
Provide a reliable point of contact for all learning and development matters
Support the L&D team in achieving their development goals
Payroll - VIP
Creating Dummy payslip
Leaver reversal
Loading new employees on the payroll system and linking them to their benefits
Terminating employees
Change of banking details and updating Increases
Manual input for expense claims and deduction
Process additional income like allowances and overtime & Holidays
