Key Responsibilities:
Route Operations
●Ensuring that all defects/ damages/ availability at Project Site are recorded and reported for resolution under the directives of Higher formation.
●Undertaking asset verification of all assets installed on the Project site during shift and report all damages/ thefts to Route Operation Manager for rectification by way of fault reports. Obtain concerned FIR for all asset damages qualifying for insurance claims within 72 hours of occurrence.
●Strengthen relationships with Police Stations adjoining project highway, Village Sarpanchs, local leaders and interest groups at all times to garner necessary support.
●Spearheaded team efforts in administrating security measures to safeguard Highway Assets from theft, sabotage and fire risks.
●Highlighted critical issues and other potential security threats to the senior management for implementing effective remedial measures.
●Managing the entire Route Team during shift including movement of personnel and vehicles etc.
●Posses the basics knowledge of operating Computer.
Vigilance
●Applying exemplary surveillance skills for detection and investigation of case of theft of highway assets.
●Maintaining a good chain of informers. Liaising with Police Stations, Village Sarpanchs, local leaders and interest groups at all times for collection of informations.
