In addition I am also a good polite manager I have completed my medical qualification and education in peshawar Pakistan and also completed my house job there and I worked one and half year in one of hospital in peshawar . I have started my career with MSF in march 2018 and worked as medical officer for almost two years in paeds and nursery wards with MSf pakistan. Now i want to have different experience and work in multicultural enviroment as part of my career growth. L i s e n s e d H e a l t h C a r e P r o f e s s i o n a l CURATIVE AND CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
1 .Provide out and/or inpatient medical care (preventive and curative) according to the updated MSF protocols, values and universal hygiene standards in collaboration With expat team, other medical doctors and paramedic staff, take compete history appropriate examination diagnose, treatment and discharge planning for neonates to children up to 12 years old. 2. Appropriate and timely management of paediatric and neonates. 3.Adaptation and changes in medical treatment according to patient's evaluation. 4.Appropriate and timely intervention in stabilizing critically ill patient and facilitating their transfer or referral when necessary. 5.Regular rounds for admitted paediatric/neonatal patients as per roster in collaboration with medical team.
6.Responsible for the care of inpatient therapeutic feeding patient and consul- tation patient in ambulatory therapeutic feeding center. 7. Also examine ambulatory therapeutic feeding center patients ( ATFC) for any medical illness and admitting them according to MSF protocol. 8.Ensure the transfer of skills and knowledge to junior MDs in facility through ward rounds, case discussions, teaching tutorial, and conducting procedures. 9.Communicate any suspected public health problem. (eg. Measles, meningitis,) to expat doctor and nurse.
10.Informing and communicating health authorities about disease like polio. HUMAN RESOURCES AND MANAGEMENT:
1.Organize the task of personnel under his/her responsibility and participate and Carry out other team management activities (eg. recruitment, treatment, perfor- mance evaluation, motivation, external and internal communication) in order to ensure having appropriate team in term of size, capabilities, and skills. 2. Support expat nurse and program doctor on HR management of national staff involved in the health program and report to the next in line with issue in timely manner (eg. malpractice, misbehavior,absenteeism, etc) that affect service deliberation for immediate redress/attention.
3.Ensure that staff is complying with rules and regulation and protocol. 4.Liaise with expat doctors regarding teaching/ training plan for junior doctors as well as nursing staff.

1. Ensure the collection of correct data and analysis of epidemiological data an required/requested for the program, checking its validity. 2. Liaise with expat doctor to coordinate weekly monthly meetings, actively participate in weekly/monthly and medical meetings, assist with the planning of the program activities and give feedback to epxat and national team concerning medical activities and collected data.
Make accurate and timely reports, written and verbal, about patient condition and activity of the program, prepares daily and weekly morbidity reports. 3. Also making montly morbidity reports (MMR) and motality reports as requested. OTHERS :
1. Ensure proper fulfillment of administrative procedures and documents ( eg. fill in of pateints files,forms, statistic data, data base etc) 2. Keep upto date about MSF new protocols, guidelines, and up to date research. 3. Maintain good relations with colleasgues, inculding MOH/DOH staff in the hopital 4. Collaborate with the other department in the project ( response to accident and emergency department request, intervening in support of other sevices we needed. 5. Communicate problems to the supervisors and thinks creative to find solution of thw problem.
6. Give an input to other issue eg. security that can be affect medical activitiea to the office and expatriate supervisor immediately.
7. Contribute to MSF idendity, values, and principles by reflecting, discussion,and contributing to the advocacy mandate.
8. Represnt the positive, creative image of MSF to the community and other agencies and attend the meetings as required.
9. Participate in any energency activity or explory mission, in order to support over all MSF project with his/her experties and capabilities. SPECIFIC CODE OF CONDUCT:
