Recommending Group Health Insurance programs to Clients by studying group requirements and trends in the Health Care Industry.

Review the monthly bills to ensure proper processing and billing in accordance with the facilities Medical billing and coding policies and procedures.

Follow up with the patients and the billing clerk to ensure that payments are received on time and the unpaid bills are routed to collection agency if and when needed.

Maintain working relationship with private insurance providers to ensure prompt settlement of claims and billing.

Responsible for performance improvement plans to be implement in the facility and to ensure that the best practices be followed.

Conduct routine trainings to educate the staff on the billing and insurance policy changes and keep them updated on the coding policies.
