This project aims to focus on driverless AVENTRA vehicles operate in four-car train.

Bombardier Transportation’s scope included all of the electrical and mechanical equipment, vehicles and services related to the implementation of the system.

To develop and implement 3D electrical wiring harness within the area of assignment & responsible for generating 3D models of cable routing for electrical using harness tool.

I involved implemention for electrical Wire Harness Routing for Roof, Under Frame, Sidewall Assembly & Installations as per Equipment Layout drawing, Electrical Schematic drawings.

Creation of Harness flattening & form board drawing. Finalization on harness installations which involves harness routing, Tie bars, Connectors and Tie mounts selection, PMA conduits, Adaptors, Cleats, Clamps and Brackets design along with its mounting.

Learned the process of Computation forFixing of harness connections with XML data and creation of New Electrical Harness Flatting (EHF)by applying the EHF parametersand creation of new Form Board (FB)and saving process in VPM. Software proficiency:
