Design & Build Proposal Management:
Role majorly consist of proposal lead/single point contact which includes project design coordination within regional office, design teams i.e. Architect, structural & MEP designers, QS team & other external stake holders involve in respective proposal.
Understanding the Bid Conditions, Contract Conditions, Specification, Drawings and briefing the same to the Proposal Team. Briefing the proposal, timelines & details submittals to be make ready for completion of tender with team.
