Design & Build Proposal Management:

Role majorly consist of proposal lead/single point contact which includes project design coordination within regional office, design teams i.e. Architect, structural & MEP designers, QS team & other external stake holders involve in respective proposal.

Understanding the Bid Conditions, Contract Conditions, Specification, Drawings and briefing the same to the Proposal Team. Briefing the proposal, timelines & details submittals to be make ready for completion of tender with team.

Responsible to actively involve and work with Regional construction offices to deliver budgets & estimates. Preparation of cost & scope comparison with similar exiting projects done before & presenting same to higher management for initial cost study of project.

Preparation of civil & structural BOQ based on RFP documents & closely monitor with QS team for completion of task within stipulated timelines.

Conducted analysis & review of architectural drawings, preparation of architectural design basis report and schedule of finishes as per client requirements

Coordination of construction methodology and project planning wit methods & planning department.

Preparing risk analysis for design-build project RFPs.
