Indian Space Research Organisation, (URSC) Bangalore Karnataka, India Lead centre for design, development, assembly & integration of communication, remote sensing and navigation satellites including associated technologies for users in Space science & Interplanetary exploration for more than 100 satellites.

Technical Expertise : Siemens NX, Siemens Teamcenter, Altair Hypermesh, AutoCAD, Mathcad Professional.
• Exposure to the design and development of Mechanical Ground Support Equipment through strength based design principles, analytical calculations and Computer Aided Design tools.
• Development of CAD models and fabrication drawings of components and complex assemblies by applying GD&T and ISO/IS drafting standards using softwares such as Siemens NX and AutoCad in a collaborative environment through PLM platform Siemens Teamcenter.
• Finite Element Analysis : Linear static analysis of structural members to identify criticalities and reiterate the design process to make systems safer by evaluating the risks of failure under various conditions of loading.
• Data acquisition for Center of Gravity – Moment of Inertia measurements of spacecrafts through amplifiers and time counters and arrive at a maximum, minimum and averaging for further processing by domain experts: projects include CARTOSAT-2C, CARTOSAT-3, G-SAT 30, Chandrayaan-2: Rover.
• Documentation of project related reports on design and fabrication aspects and creation of Bill Of Materials alongside vendor site visit and inspection.
• Managing operations across locations and co-ordinating among departments during satellite containerization and clearnroom activities.
