Role:

• Coordinate design department with other department like project, Manufacturing, Purchase and Assembly.

• Allocate Designers (Resources) to the respective project to complete project on time for that we use Microsoft project software.

• Designing the allocated design task and preparing BOM for manufacturing.

• Co-ordinate with customer for DAP (Design Approval Process) & final Approval.

• Preparing the method plan with project department and finalize the designs. Project work experience:

1) DANA Electrical Vehicle Assembly line -

• Design of LASER marking machine as per customer component requirement.

• Design of gripper for electrical motor housing handling.

• Design of tackle for stator handling.

• Design of subassembly tables and required fixtures for subassembly.

• Design of storage rack for child parts.

• Coordinating with various suppliers for fulfilling designing requirements. 2) DANA Axle Assembly Line: -

• Design of Leak test machine.

• Design of oil lubrication system.

• Contact with different supplies to fulfill our design requirements.

• Drawing study & simplification of drawings for suppliers as well as inhouse production. 3) Cummins India Exhaust Part Assembly Line: -

• Design of Pick to light racks, material handling Trolleys, Storage Stands.

• Conceptual guidance to the suppliers & design team.

• DAP & final approval from the customer.

• Involvement in trials to explain machine functionality.

• Helping hand to the project department.

4) Tenneco Exhaust Part Assembly Line: -

• Design of HMI Mounting Stands also Overhang HMI system on Eepos rails which is mounted on steel structure.

• Design of customer part positioning Templets, Tackles Storing Trolleys, Templates storing stands etc.

• DAP & final approval from the customer.

5) Sharda Motors – Canning line Tooling: -

• Coordinate with our South African team to release their design into Indian system and coordinate with Indian manufacturing team to solve their queries regarding to design. 2) Employer: Force Motors Pvt. Ltd.
