Conducted all federal, state and local regulatory reporting requirements for SARA 311, 312 (Tier II Reports) and 313 (Toxic Chemical Release Inventory –TRI Form R Reports for qualifying facilities).

Reported on greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions associated with the complete combustion and oxidation of petroleum products and natural gas liquids produced, used as feedstocks, imported and exported during the calendar year (Subpart MM – Suppliers of Petroleum Products reporting).
