Ensure that the following duties are performed effectively:

● Greet clients/suppliers/visitors to the organization in a professional and friendly manner.

● Maintain CRM system data

● Capture company Info in CRM.

● Support external sales consultants with necessary admin tasks, quotes and client follow ups.

● Track leads on various platforms, converting into opportunities for the company.

● Diary Management for head of the department.

● Compiling register, ordering and distribution

● Payment and administrations of all Incentive prizes and monthly awards

● On-board new agents onto the SAP system and create employee files

● Payment of all invoices and management of petty cash

● Perform Petty Cash Reconciliations on a weekly and monthly basis

● Record keeping of contracts (NDA's)

● Setting up of Manco meetings and travel bookings

● Sort incoming mail, faxes, and courier deliveries for distribution

● Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mail, and courier parcels

● Purchase, receive and store the office supplies ensuring that basic supplies are always available

● Update and ensure the accuracy of the organization's databases

● Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff Competencies

● Processing of all HR Administration documentation for the region (e.g., new recruits, induction packs, engagements and terminations packs, exit interviews, transfer documentation)

● Co-ordination of Employee on-boarding and off-boarding
