Appointed Chief Negotiator for all nationwide union contracts and primary contact for union leadership. Seven contracts negotiated during three year tenure.

Orchestrated the decertification of union representation from three retail locations in three years. Trained retail managers in union avoidance and ER compliance on an annual basis.

Investigated and resolved all employee relations concerns, union grievances, and arbitrations. No adverse rulings during tenure. Train and develop HR Business Partners to achieve similar outcomes.

Transformed the organization’s culture by establishing a cohesive and consistent environment, educating individual stores on the organization’s core values and training new hires throughout the East and West coasts.

Improved HR and LR training efficiencies by building a paperless environment and automating manual HR compliance (COMPLI), onboarding, training, and recordkeeping functions.

Managed all employee benefit programs up to and including the centralization and streamlining of the company's benefits and payroll program, eliminating late and improper enrollments by consolidating East and West coast programs into a single benefits program.

Appointed Chief Negotiator of all union contracts. Managed of all grievances, arbitrations and recommendations for labor concerns.

Consolidated payroll processing from 27 independent departments to one centralized function, reducing payroll staff from 35 to 8 and realizing significant cost reductions. Additionally created and implemented compensation structures for dealership operations.

Developed, implemented, and managed the Workers’ Compensation program for all DCH locations and negotiated a contract with KPA to create an in-house safety program, resulting in fewer safety-related claims and OSHA incidents.
