Responsibilities
Responsible for the efficient and effective merchandising of shelves within the PSC:
Ensuring that all shelves within the merchandising facility are stocked to the minimum required levels to avoid lost sales
Ensuring that all bottles are packed upright and in order and that no damaged inventory is on shelf
Daily cycle counting of all SKU’s as directed by the Supervisor and provide information on inventory required for replenishment purposes
Informing the Supervisor when boxes/plastic bags and other packing materials are needed
Assist Amway Business Owners (customers) when and if necessary, with carrying and loading of parcels into their cars when required
Assist with the receiving of inventory against the stock transfer report and report any discrepancies immediately to the Supervisor
All stock received via returns must be managed as per the Returns Policy
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Responsible for ensuring housekeeping, safety and security standards are adhered to within your area of responsibility by:
Ensure that no products have expired within the merchandising facility
Ensure that the merchandising facility and the storage area are kept clean, tidy and presentable always
Ensure that the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Act and Medical Control Council (MCC) requirements are adhered to with regards to safety and health
Ensure that housekeeping and security standards are maintained within the merchandising facility and that a professional upmarket image is always portrayed
