Currently associated with M/S Bhushan Power and Steel Ltd. Thelkoloi, Sambalpur, Odisha as an Engineer SMS MECHANICAL Department.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:-

STEEL MELTING SHOP

VD/VOD - Mechanical maintenance of vacuum degassing of vacuum oxygen degassing with its all auxiliaries, all steam line, Ejector condenser along with wire feeder etc.

LRF-Maintenance of ladle refining furnace with its auxiliaries.

Continue casting machine 10/15 billet caster doing all kinds of preventive maintenance shutdown and breakdown jobs planning and analysis.

Maintenance of plant include planning, break down and preventive maintenance of the equipment, Carry out planned & Preventative maintenance schedules.

Carry out routine, weekly, monthly, Quarterly and annually preventive maintenance of Mechanical

I am responsible for planning & coordination the mechanical maintenance activities of mechanical equipment and their auxiliaries along with my team.

Perform & asset in troubleshooting of equipment failure to determine root cause by different techniques.

Maintenance of pneumatic lubrication & hydraulic system.

Work Planning in accordance With Manpower availability and material Management..

Plan & execute maintenance of all activities base on breakdown occur, Shop floor observation and preventive maintenance schedule.

Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from BHARATH INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY (Chennai in batch of 2011-2015 With aggregate percentage - 78%)
