In Motherson Automotive – Achieved cost saving of around Rs.265 Lakhs per annum by reducing rejections in the manufacturing process and improved productivity. (ii) Involved and succeeded in getting TS 16949, EMS & OHSAS certifications. Key role played in getting 5 Star certification from Hyundai Motors India Ltd.

In MRF Ltd – (i) Successfully achieved in getting TS 16949:2002 certification. (ii) Introduced SPC techniques and improved productivity (from 1200 PPM to 150 PPM) & reduced higher wastages (from 8% to 2.5%)
