Roles and responsibilities
Analysis of geographical condition of the terrain/ installation site to determine mounting structure for the PV plant.
Determining the size of the plant using softwares such as Helioscope and SketchUp
Estimating energy yield using Pvsyst- Probabilistic approach and weather resources such as solar GIS
Module string sizing and cable loss calculation
Optimizing the design using different meteo files, different orientation and different PV panel technologies (Half cut cell, PERC, Bifacial panels) to determine the best combination for maximum yield.
Shading analysis using Pvsyst and SketchUp
Component selection for the plant- PV module, Inverter, DC/AC cable, SJB/ACBD etc.

Planned and procured a complete DC based HVAC system
