Generate reports & suggestions for the obtained CFD results and present them verbally in meetings and phone conferences to all level employees and customers. Independently perform all stages of the Fluid-dynamic, Thermodynamic and Heat Transfer design and optimization process for E machines Autonomously take care of geometry simplification, meshing,solving,post processing, results analysis,QC validation.
Responsibilities :
Optimized the fan, bracket, cover/plate opening to enhance air flow for components. Designed & finalized the Engine cover which can adopt into the customers vehicle. Successfully designed the engine components which structurally and thermally meets the customers requirements.
Updated/modified the connection between E machine & inverter to improve the aero thermal efficiency.
Supporting the non standard activity & making the Job plan, standardization,QC checklist to ensure the process.
