Covered over 6 facilities : ranging from an 80-bed Level III NICU to a 12-bed Level II NICU.
Patient population : critical neonates (aged 22-42 weeks), surgical cases and high-risk delivery management.
Patient Load : Responsible for 8-16 patients on average. Autonomy within practice : examination, diagnosis and treatment rested within our control.
Skills : intubation, lumbar puncture, central line placement, IV placement, wound care, surgical management.
