I have also maintain the process of “Core Shooter” machine.

I have maintain the process of” Heat Treatment Process” & its defacts and its remadies.

To maintain aluminium alloy composition & analysis by “Spectro Meter”.

To maintain aluminium grain structure & gas porosity and analysis by “Vaccum Sample Machine”.

To maintain the process of “Scrap Melting Machine.”

I have also maintain the process of “Cl2 Treatment Unit.”

Roles and responsibilities

Responsible for new product development.

Taking trial of new dies, monitoring & setting process Parameter & Freezing it for bulk production.

Process control & In-house process audit.

Co-ordinate with shops for preparation of Work Instructions, M/c Check Sheets, Process Flow Charts.

Looking after process documentation

Developing inter-departmental relations & coordination between them.

Developing single flow systems & establishing process flow Diagram of new product.

Rejection analysis & control.

Making continuous improvement at working area and implementing kaizen.

Responsible for Die change over as per production Schedule.

Setting process parameters for new trial Dies for Production.

Performing Process audits.

Responsible for customer complaints analysis & submission of countermeasure

Handling of customer quality issues & successful resolutions of complaints.

Customer complaints analysis and follow-up.

Monitoring the dies wise rejection & its analaysis by graph.

Key Skills

Knowledge of FTA, FMEA, PPAP Documents, Work Study, Operation Charts, Process chart, multiple activity chart, flow diagram etc.

Knowledge of 7 QC tools.

Knowledge of 5S, kaizen, Poka Yoke, Why Why Analysis etc

Good communication & Presentation skill to convince the customers, suppliers, audit people & visitors.

Problem solving & decision making for productivity & quality improvement.

Knowledge of 6 Sigma Process.

Knowledge of 7 QC TOOLS,
