It is my pleasure to strongly recommend Mr. Benjamin Kling for a position as an installation Technician. My name is Corey Strong and I worked as the Project Manager with Prism Maritime for over ten years. Mr. Kling worked under my supervision for two years with Prism Maritime. The project that Mr. Kling worked on during this time was a CAPSTONE installation on the Self Defense Test Ship (EDD-964) out in Port Hueneme, California. This CAPSTONE installation included everything ranging from equipment removals, foundation removals, foundation installations, equipment installations on board a US Navy ship. There were also other support installations Mr. Kling worked on. These included, power and data cable installation, cable terminations, HVAC modifications and installations, chilled water modifications and installations, and cosmetic finishing work.

Mr. Kling was new to this type of work when he started. He is a bright young man who picked up the work quickly. Mr. Kling showed interest in the structural portion (welding, HVAC, and piping) of the work early on. I assigned him to the structural crew for much of the installation and he flourished under the supervision of our structural lead. Mr. Kling showed great initiative by purchasing a welding machine and worked with another welder on his own time to increase his skill level. I could always count on Mr. Kling who worked well with other teams. His diverse skill set allowed me to move him around to several assignments during his time working for me. His personality allowed me to move him around as well, Mr. Kling worked well with all the other workers. He has a positive attitude and is a very dependable worker.
