Position: QA/QC Inspector-E & I

Duties & Responsibilities:

Undertake QC functions in the workplace for daily QC activities.

Conduct inspection of raw materials, bought out items and review of Material Test Certificates (MTC) and the specification requirements.

Coordinate with clients for QC matters and coordinate with third party inspection agencies for all related inspection activities.

Check and confirm P&ID and loop drawing to PLC configuration, instruments on the field and its termination in PLC cabinet and local panel as well as in the junction Box..

Prepare Quality Control procedures, Inspection Test Plans (ITP) according to project requirements and client specifications.

To undertake the preparation of Final Handing over dossier and maintain proper filling system (as per Company procedure) with full traceability for retrieving the document.

Issuing non- conformance reports (NCR) where the project plans are not being implemented.

Preparing Request for Inspection according to Quality control procedure, inspection test plan, KOC approved engineering standards, drawings, and other international standards.

Carrying out Material receiving inspections for all permanent material which will be installed on site as per standards and specification also maintaining and verifying records as per client requirements. Inspection of lighting Wiring, Continuity test & function test of internal and external lightings as per SLD.

Installation inspection of earth pits, grounding inspection of transformer yard, plant earth grid, fence, door, steel structures and cable trays.
