Material Identification.

Samples should be taken and checked at the first and last off pieces.

Measuring the dimension of new NPD samples.

Maintain Daily production report.

To monitor and control rejection.

Immediate action taken to improve major/minor problems at online process.

Arrange the manpower as per plan and machine wise.

To take daily meeting with Production / Quality related issues.

Review the Process Parameter to increase productivity.
