TELUS SMIS team takes care of business transformations for TELUS business customers. This team is responsible for developing and maintaining the reporting needs of the business customers, who use TELUS’s WAN L3 type of services and other reportable services. TELUS provides information related to Trouble Tickets, Quality of Service, Utilization, and Time to Restore Service in the form of reports to its business customers.

TELUS has a wide variety of business customers, whose data is managed in relational databases, flat files, customer managed databases. This data is moved to staging tables, fact and dimension tables using ETL tools like Informatica and PL/SQL.
