Since 2013 Essar Power Hazira Limited (300 MW) MFFPP as Manager-C&I Department

Had a rich experience in power sector for about 8+ years in erection, commissioning and in maintenance.

Designing and documenting manuals to simplify work for future maintenance departments.

Repairing/ replacing equipment to ensure proper functioning.

Mentoring and guiding maintenance and repair work performance.

Supervising the maintenance management staff and conducted performance reviews of workers and technicians.

Formulating maintenance policies for effective maintenance of the Equipments to attain the productivity and cash profit targets for product.

Planning and implementing effective condition monitoring of equipments followed by preventive maintenance and corrective action for enhancing equipment Reliability and machine uptime.

Reducing the consumable cost of maintenance by emphasis on preventive and predictive maintenance.

Finalizing of instrumentation erection hardware (BOM).

Modification of P&ID’s, tapping’s according to the process requirement.

Inspection and FAT for PLC.

Cross verification of logics and control loops.

Commissioning Experience:

Turbine (WINCC Turloop S7)

Turbine Auxiliaries. (MLR 200 Honeywell )

Hand’s of experience on Honeywell DCS and Siemens Turloop S7 PLC and Honeywell PLC.

ASH handling system.

Commissioning of Plant Water System.

Commissioning and calibration of Control valves.

Commissioning of MOV’s, Dampers, SOV’s and QCNRV’s.

Commissioning of Various instruments like Transmitters,switches, sensors etc Maintenance Experience:
