•Prepare prior authorizations for denied and appeals sent in from doctor office's and pharmacies'.

•Inform members of appeal determinations via both verbal communication and appropriate written notification

•Assists in processing returned drugs and recycle/dispose per procedure

•Assists in monthly fills by delivering and exchanging medications to scheduled nursing home

•Applies labels, and stack boxes according to directions

•Perform technician assignments as requested by pharmacy management
