Working as a client PMC, project management.

To be constantly aware of all continuing operations on the site by means of regular site visits, inspections etc.

Prepare daily and weekly basis progress reports and agenda.

Uses effective project management and control system to regulatory report on progress to the management team.

Coordinate and supervise execution activity and chase the contractor for daily progress.

Keep monitor and follow up as necessary and complete records concerning the execution of the works as required.

Monitors progress of construction against the programme, and takes step to ensure the programme is achieved.

Attend progress meeting with the client, Consultants & contractor(s) to monitor the progress of work against the approved program.

Reviewing and checking of drawings to find solutions for implementation on site. Raise the RFI (Request for information) to the consultants if any discrepancy found.

Assist the Project manager with the preparation of monthly reports on the status of the project.

Prepare drafts of any necessary correspondence required for proper administration of the contract.

Analyze the quality related document and ensure that all the work to be done with quality norms or according to method statement.

Ensure the codal provision in the project according to India Standard whenever required, to be Check regular basis.

Monitor the actions on site of the contractor(s) against the project specification and drawings.

Expertise in MS office tools to prepare all the reports.

Coordination with the client and contractors.

Have experience of constructing around 500 friction piles of 1m diameter and 48m depth.

Experience of making bar bending schedule of 3m and 2.5m (height) circular raft and 2m rectangular raft foundation by studying the drawing and execution at site.

Experienced in conducting static,dynamic load test,integrity test & cross-hole sonic test in cast in situ piles.

Experience of Execution and Supervision of structural activities works in accordance with the Drawings (footing, columns, Beams and walls) with all structural and finishing work.

Experience of making bar bending schedule (BBS) of column, beam and slab.

Worked as an in-charge of a site. Managed all civil work and checking drawings to find solutions for implementation on site.

Reviewing project schedule, comparing planned and actual progress, initiating measures to mitigate delays.

Drive the project through multistage/ phased delivery. Monitor construction progress so that agreed deadlines are met.

Control daily construction operations, and prepare construction schedules and monitor progress

Experienced in mivan or system form work shuttering.

Responsible for the implementation of the company’s quality management system in compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008.

Execution of inspection according to Quality Plan applying appropriate inspection procedures/ techniques.

Monitoring the performance of vendors and sub-contractors for compliance with quality requirements.

Coordination with MEP and other services.
