Receiving RAW Materials from suppliers and ensuring Quality checks as per ISO Standards

Maintaining Corrective and Preventive action reports (CAPA) and Deviation request reports.

Ensuring Quality check on Forecasting goods (Advanced Quality control).

Receiving raw materials (sub parts of automobile wiring harness) from supplier and checking its quality as per sample bases.

Maintaining material test reports.

Maintaining 3C-5S in department.

Coordinating with Purchase, Stores, Production and New Product Development(NPD).

Attending Weekly Review meetings.

Supervision of the working labour to ensure strict conformance to methods on Quality.
