Business developer.
Reporting to top management.
To follow-up BGT-CT Staff & supervisor’s duties and responsibilities in their respective assignment in meeting customer standard and request.
To follow-up workshop / garage for truck maintenance.
To manage and oversee the truck preparations like truck registration, insurance and maintenance before it is transferred to other driver / new driver.
To coordinate with the customer for their orders or loading, and give instruction to supervisors for truck sending and loading.
To ensure the smooth and correct operational activities of the department in meeting the customer request.
To coordinate and instruct the PRO for any truck and driver related problems when it comes to traffic guidelines.
To follow-up customer check and collection.
