Experience

Senior Tech Lead (Content Ops & Media Services) With Thales IFE, HCL Sep, 2013-Present

Created, tested and delivered Flight Scripts as part of content to 20+ Airlines. Also developed tools that create the Scripts more efficiently thus reducing the testing effort by 40% at the Lab.

Worked as content specialist to deliver content to 70+ Airlines on demand. Also investigated and resolved the content issues reported from the fields on time and mentored, trained junior test engineers.

Developed an Automation test suit for legacy CMS portal, reducing manual testing effort by 70%. Currently involved in use case writing and testing (Implementing Front and Backend Automation suit) of in progress ECMS portal.

Developed multiple applications to fill gaps in the legacy CMS and stops faulty deliverable reaching at the field thus reducing extra shipment cost and delay loading content at the aircraft.

Worked on converting existing Application to Fragment based UI, the UI was appreciated by the customer. This provided edge to the application over its competitors.

Worked on a filter POC for the app, which later added as a feature. I was in charge of developing the feature. The feature was much appreciated by the users.

Fixed Critical bugs for the application with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with exceptional attention to detail. Learning and onboarding into Android domain was quick and fun.

Supported multiple applications and resolved various queries/Bugs raised by users with Strong collaborator with excellent communication, interpersonal and technical skills in a highly matrixed customer organization.

Provided multiple Training to the end users that contain various age groups and fields. That resulted more users onboarding into the process and smooth functioning.

During migration of application from legacy(C Code) to new platform, I was single point of contact to document the logics and deliver KT to the dev team, thus resulting smooth transition.

Involved in middle of Enhancement of functionality in Presenter’s widget, the effort was appreciated by the Lead as the project was missing deadline.
