Responsible for Processing Documentary credits for import and export of all the raw materials required for the production of Dairy products, Fresh Milk, UHT flavoured milk, Drinks and Juices.
Preparation of import and export shipping documents in accordance with Documentary credits.
Getting quotes for Juice Concentrates, Stabilizers, Flavour, Food Color, Citric Acid, Mango and Guava Pulps etc. Preparing comparison placing orders and importing it under Letter of Credits.
Imported heavy Machinery, equipment spare parts by Sea, Air and by Couriers Applying to Ministry for duty exemptions of yearly quantities of raw materials. Shipping documents to be prepared as per HS codes applicable in custom department to make smooth clearance of shipments.
Preparing Service for schedules for TBA fillers.
Use to import 150 containers of UHT Milk, 3 shipments each month from Dutch Dairyland /Holland

Responsible for preparing import and export Shipping documents to make the shipments from Europe, America and Asia under letter o credits with proper HS codes and inco terms like DAP, CIF, FOB, DDU etc.,Ordering for fast moving spare parts for Stock, initiating plans to Reduce stock, supervising quarterly and yearly stock count By auditors. Having vast knowledge to import chemicals, DGR goods, like Polibond Glue.Obtained necessary ministry approvals to import Glue to make regasketing for Plate Heat Exchangers For Oil and Gas companies.
Making Vendors evaluation, getting quotes From freight forwarders for courier, Air and Sea shipments.Monitor Vessel ETS & ETA for FCL and LCL shipments. Arranging clearance through Land, Air and Sea on different border check post, Airports and Seaports of Saudi. Monitored all transportation operations, making insurance Claims for any in route accidents or damage of shipment.
Directed 4-member team to develop the most efficient routing system in supplies and equipment. Preparing performance KPI for our team, arrange meetings To evaluate the performance under success factor.
Communicated operational needs to senior management. Well aware of HS codes to facilitate for easy and smooth clearance. Worked under SAP system familiar for MM Transaction codes. Attached. Experience certificate issued from SPX Flow inc. attested by Chamber of Commerce.
