Handling of DWST ETHYLENE storage tank of capacity 24000 M3
Handling of various types of Hydrocarbon Storages Viz. Horton Sphere, Tanks, and Bullets.
TT Loading and Unloading of hydrocarbons like 1,3-Butadiene, Propylene, Butene- 1,Benzene,Pyrolysis Gasoline etc. (Gantry Operations)
Naphtha, C2, C3, C
4 Pipeline receipt and storage Terminals.
Understanding PFDs and P&IDs
Start Up of Pumps and Compressors
Pre-commissioning of flow lines.
“LOCK OUT and TAG OUT” procedure

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Effective communication with panel operator.
Handling of Hydrocarbon storage area (CBFS, HPG, BENZENE, C9 CUT,NAPHTHA,BUTADIENE,ETHYLENE,PROPYLENE,BUTENE,C4 MIX RAFFINATE,C2, C3, C4, RPG,C6+CUT,C6 OLIGOMER,PENTANE).
Performing operation, maintenance and emergency handling related tasks in the production unit. Ensuring total compliance with defined operational parameters/ standard Operating procedures to achieve optimum productivity levels.
Experience in DCS operation (Honeywell C300).
Conferred with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures resolve system malfunctions and provide technical information.
Systematically performing work takeover/handover activities in the beginning and end of the shift.
Ensuring hand-over of the equipment’s for maintenance in clean and safe condition. Conducting proper checks on the equipment’s and ensuring that all its auxiliary safety systems are in order, before putting them in operation.
Observe specified procedures for personal and plant safety and participated in fire and safety mock drills.
Box up and leak test of equipment and pipelines
Experienced in Permit Systems (Hot work, cold work, confined space entry and work at height).
Coordinate with Technical and Maintenance Service Department for the smooth working of the process plant.
Routine checkup of pipelines and its flow patterns according process
Handling of plant emergencies like power failure, equipment failure, leakages, fire etc.
