• Leadership/Team Management, collaboration and team building with foreign and U.S. government agencies, international project development, capacity building, resource management, procurement, operational cost forecasting and budgeting. These responsibilities include supervision of Special Agents (Criminal Investigators), regulatory Diversion Investigators, Chemists, and their instructional work, approving training plans, international contracting for services, international/domestic course budgets, overtime payments, performance evaluations, as well as liaison with internal and external partners.
