DUTIES

Management responsibilities (BDO & TAGI):

• Planning and managing fieldwork on audit various phases such as staff requirements and time budgets as per audit schedules in addition to coordinate with the client's management to facilitate the engagement progress.

• Delivering the highest quality audit reports in line with the applicable standards.

• Think strategically about client needs and understanding their business and key risks.

• Schedule, delegate, and review the work of senior and staff members, checklists proposing, support on- the-job training and fieldwork to ensure that all audit findings and recommendations are addressed and reported in addition to evaluating performance.

• Guiding the decision-making process on the most unusual audit and accounting matters and maintaining the highest technical and professional standards.

• Keeping the directors and clients aware of the engagement progress, consult with them on problem areas, review any significant audit findings.

Audit & Accounting responsibilities:

• Implementation of audit programs outlining the extent of sampling required based on materiality and risk assessment approach.

• Evaluating internal controls, preparation of management letters, interface with personnel and management to review audit and accounting findings, clarify results and encourage revised practices.

• Reviewing complex financial data ensuring their integrity.

• Preparation of financial statements and reviewing suitability of presentation and adequacy of disclosures. Marketing responsibilities:

• Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
