I am a dedicated employee and have always put the job title first. I work 24/7/365 and am always available to the laboratory at all hours day or night. I am one that will work the problem and come up with a solution and not let the problem work for me. I am highly motivated to make sure that what needs to get done gets done. I am a hands-on manager that is highly detailed in the results being reported and will question any result that does not look correct in my mind. I would rather reanalyze the sample than report a result I am not sure about even if I am under pressure from upper management. I want it to be right and not just report the results on time because I am being pressured. I have been in the quality laboratory field for over 35 years and have only worked for 4 different companies. I am a dedicated employee and once I'm employed I will be loyal and do all I can to better the company and stay as long as possible.

Pursued a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Sterling College, graduating with a strong foundation in biological principles, genetics, ecology, and microbiology. Completed coursework in advanced topics such as cell biology, molecular biology, and biochemistry, honing analytical and lab skills essential for scientific research.
Even though my Bachelor of Science degree is in Biology I chose to enter the Chemistry field with a concentration in Analytical Chemistry. My coursework in college included organic, inorganic, physical chemistry, as well as laboratory techniques and data analysis. Participated in independent research projects as well as extensive laboratory work to better myself in this area. Key Skills
Have worked with several different types of Laboratory management systems (LIMS) and I am very familiar with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel. I am highly mechanical when it comes to diagnosing an issue with instrumentation and doing repairs with little to no help depending on the situation. I am a very detailed manager in not just my area but in other areas of the organization and I am willing to help in other areas when deemed necessary. I am one that will follow up in areas of procurement, deliveries, quality control, environmental, inventory, organization, as well as any other areas that need my skill set. Affiliations
