Key Responsibility & Focusing Area

o Responsible to ensure product & process quality is maintained as per code & standard applicable and as per customer requirement.Maintains quality systems, tools and standards (ISO 9001:2015,ISO 15378, FSSC/ISO 22000,BRCGS,GMP for Food packaging ) by enforcing quality policies & procedures as well as government requirements.

o Implement all relevant procedures described in the quality management system & ensure that all necessary system & procedures are in place to satisfy all customers’ requirements and audit. Ensure timely updating and revision of SOP, Policies & Procedure and any other related documents. o Responsible for New Tools Qualification &Validation (IQ, OQ, PQ) as per management protocol & assist Design & Development/R&D team for packaging development. o Undertake internal & process audits of the quality management system. Management of quality engineers, Technician and supervisors in the sign off of parts and the resolution of internal /external quality concerns o Providing professional assistance, guidance, and arrange training to staff in matters pertaining to quality as appropriate. Trains personnel about Quality System issues management and methodologies and implements the necessary training Programs for Quality personnel. o Responsible for performing complete cycle of QA and QC related audits including maintenance of documentation, closing of Non- conformities (if any) etc. o Responsible to understand customer needs & requirements to develop effective quality process,define CTQ points & develop inspection plan to exceed the customer expectation. o Implement effective corrective action for different type of failure throughout the organization as well as customer. Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system and recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.

o Responsible for document management system and represents the company regarding all matters of quality. Manages Company document system ensuring its maintenance and updating, cooperating with different company functions.

o Provides other units, responsible for analysing, defining and improving operating procedures and company processes, with the necessary back-up to implement the Quality System o Coordinate the review of quality procedures associated with plant continuous improvement. Look at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency and monitor performance by gathering relevant data and produce statistical report.

o Responsible for different Audits like first party,second party & third party Audits in different units. o Responsible for Supplier Qualification Program, Review of supplier prequalification documents, conducting the qualification audit, preparing audit report in stipulated time frame. o Familiarity with ERP, Microsoft Office, good presentation skills in Microsoft power point & other computer related works.
