o direct a site team of labourers/subcontractors on greenhouse construction from initial breaking of ground to 100% completion.
o establish scheduling requirements with Project team with respect to job site projections/status/progress & drive team to meet all deadlines with extreme focus on all factors that potentially contribute to delays (weather, inspections, variances with design/shipments/site conditions/etc. o develop protocols/processes for continuous improvement strategies. o negotiate any site extras with various trades/suppliers & maintain full compliance with MSA (master subcontract agreement). o ensure effective completion of all projects within budget in accordance with contract specs & scheduling requirements.
o enforce full compliance to job site safety requirements amongst each/every worker on site at all times.
o report directly to the President.
o provide technical support to various other departments including Sales/Estimating, Fabrication, Design/Engineering, Procurement, Shipping & PM Teams.
