GeneralManager of an interdisciplinary R&D project focused on the design of next-generation motorsailer focused on women's experience. 70m2 for a comfortable home with 2 cabins and 2 bathrooms. Clientele is the new ‘digital nomad’ generation of liveaboard cruisers, whether as couples or small families. On the tech side, rapid evolutions in many related fields and a few tricky choices allowed for a much-enhanced design with breakthrough volume and speed, as well as increased efficiency and range. The design also allows for radical autonomy and self sufficiency. Main task list:

-Study of the context, anthropological experience for user experience as liveaboard in Greenland, Mediterranean, Caribbean, Central America and South America.

It involves: lead a team of 15 architects and 15 social workers, lead the process of new fronts of the urban space and reconfiguration of the blocks adjacent to the intervention. Project that involves 16 blocks, 500 home improvements to be carried out in 2021-2022.

Main task list:

BIM and urban information Manager:

Technical team in BIM, GIS/GIS systems, urban analysis methodologies and project processes for the Project team of the General Directorate of Housing Improvement of the Carlos Mugica Neighborhood. Multiscalar and multidisciplinary work that ranges from documentation procedures for each home, to 2D and 3D planimetry with geographic information in BIM systems of the entire neighborhood 31 (32 hectares, with currently estimated 50,000 inhabitants)

Main task list:

-Create a team and strategy to build a BIM office and move all the documentation to BIM for an office of 200 workers.

-Lead the entire strategy including GIS, Data organization, Revit, and Dynamo Tools

-Create and develop the Families, Templates, Components and elements in Revit for the different stages (Survey, project, construction and monitoring) including MEP and structural components.

EXPERIENCE AS ARCHITECT/URBANIST

● 2019-2020 PUAE - Project “Bosques de la Pampa”,Quito– Ecuador Architect and Urban Design for PUAE ( Special Urban Architectural Project)

Housing and community space project that involves the design of 64,000 m2 of housing, commerce and offices, as well as urban design and landscape of 28,000 m2 of community areas, equipment and public areas. Process that involved coordination with social area, road environmental engineering and Landscape Design.

Main task list:

-Research, context analysis of the social and technical information.

-Develop project proposals with the multidisciplinary team on site and then develop the documentation as a remote worker in Revit.

-Project development with all the documentation, budget, and construction stages with construction detail in each one. Manage the entire workflow with each client (5 to 6 clients at the same time).
