RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for assuring and controlling the work quality as per the approved specification and drawings

Execution of all project and maintenance of civil related job.

Supervise the activities and work sequences of subcontractor to ensure complains with specifications and schedules.

Attends the subcontractor safety and toolbox meetings.

Attends the construction meetings with subcontractors, as necessary to present construction supervision.

Reviews progress reports submitted by subcontractors.

Monitor with survey contractor to ensure the third party verification survey is performed correctly.

Communicate with field engineering to ensure latest design documentation is available to subcontractor, including other outstanding technical conformation.

Responsible with subcontractor to ensure nonconforming work is rectified.

Responsible with subcontractor to ensure changes to design documentation identified through the field change document are implemented.

Responsible for subcontractor to ensure all type work permits have been applied for and granted prior to commencing work.

Leads weekly progress meetings with contractor.

Responsible with subcontractor to ensure work are prioritized to close-out punch list items.

Responsible with subcontractor to ensure relevant inspection, testing and quality documentation are completed for handover.

Handling day to day RFIs at site as per approved ITPs.

Supervises and leads foreman, Lead man, skilled labour, and work crews in all activities concerned

Responsible for the verification of the RFIs on daily basis which are raised by construction team.

Ensure that all inspections are executed efficiently and expeditiously in order to comply with master construction schedule.

Responsible for all inspections at site inclusive of witnessing, sentencing, recording and reporting the results and resolving any problems arising.

Day to day planning and co-ordination of QA/QC activities.

Execution of pre-cast structures like pipe supports, pipe sleepers, catch basin, and pipe rack etc.

Ensure the correct implementation of quality standards, procedures.

Implement QA/QC activities including those of subcontractors works in accordance with ITPs, procedure and method statement.

Prepare and signoff applicable records for quality surveillance, inspections, test.

Maintain records of calibration inspection and testing equipment.

Ensure availability of appropriate version of applicable work documents such as drawings, calibration and procedure.

Provide sufficient feedback to lead quality engineer on the day to day quality issues

To execute the survey work & establish the bench mark with co-ordinate and survey work for level of existing ground.

Supervise, inspect and monitor the project for time, coast and quality at all levels.

Co-ordinate and ensure the timely availability of materials required for the job and verify it with bill of quantity.

Arranging all safety meetings, encourage the work force to report the near misses and incident and cascade to the all work force, empower to stop if unsafe.
