Designed and managed an onsite gift store selling trademarked merchandise generating $180K in net revenue.

Negotiated with vendors for additional sponsorships and price points on merchandise leading to additional annual revenue of $140K.

Implemented overnight campground and picnic facility adding $20K in net revenue.

RESULTS: Increased overall annual revenue from $500,000 to over $10 Million.

Researched – Helped retail store set up new locations and helped pioneer online commerce.

CIVIC MINDED SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS

Foresight and Vision – Proposed to local city council to grant bus bench advertising franchise.

Wrote proposal and presenting it to the City Council for bus bench placement.

Designed, built and installed benches at the most popular bus stops throughout the city.

Sold advertising billboard space on benches.

RESULTS: Built business up to covering a market of 200,000 people with more than 300 prime location bus benches utilized by the public while generating a return to the city for rental space generating more than $100 K in revenue for the city while providing comfortable waiting areas for the daily riders.

Directed – Designed and directed a haunted house fund raising project for the Jaycees.

Found and negotiated the site locations.

Layout and conceptual design of festival plans.

Designed scenes, sets and skits.

Directed actors and volunteers to make their position entertaining.

RESULTS: Raised more than $30K in two (2) weeks for Jaycee civic projects. Some of the funds went toward a Christmas Shopping Spree for over 50 needy families who otherwise would not have had a very merry Christmas.

Coordinated – Worked with local Lion’s Club to develop collection points for used eyeglasses.

Found sponsors who would set up drop boxes for used eye wear.

Coordinated with Len’s Crafters to accept, repair and distribute reconditioned glasses.

Helped under privileged individuals get much needed glasses with little or no cost.

RESULTS: Club won award as the most active eye glass collection program in the state.

Created – A community wide program to help the needy get winter coats and blankets.

Found sponsors who would set up drop boxes for coast and blankets.

Ohana Kid’s And Family Kare – Regional Director – Phoenix, AZ – 03/23 – Present

Conducting overall operation of 4 family practice clinics. Hiring and wrote training program for new employees in all positions. Over saw the maintenance all clinic licensing and staff credentials. Monitoring DX Codes and account collections. Marketing, goal setting and budget management.

Fastmed Urgent Care – Clinic Manager – Scottsdale, AZ 03-11 – 03/23

Supervise a team of medical professionals. Responsible for the entire day to day operation and wellbeing of the clinic including medical lab logs, state, and federal compliance issues. Helped the clinic become the 1st JACO Certified Urgent Care in the U.S. Ordered all medical supplies, coordinated work comp insurance claim issues, specialist referral follow up coordination. Hiring, firing, and training of all medical personnel on site are also a part of the daily duties. Trained several dozen medical professionals, many of which moved up to manage other Fastmed facilities. Kept the clinic P&L within budget and took the clinic from an average of 12 patients per day to an average of 40 patients.

Nextcare Urgent Care – Radiology Technologist 02/06-01/11

Worked as a Radiology Technologist and Medial Assistant in a fast-paced Urgent Care environment. Assisted the physicians in triaging patients, administering medications, taking x-rays, wound care, and other duties of an Urgent Care medical facility.

Parkway Medical - Radiology Technologist - Scottsdale, AZ 01/03-02/06

Worked part-time from 5pm-8pm and weekends 8-5p to develop an Urgent Care Program for a 6-doctor private practice. Helping the administrating Doctor get the necessary supplies and tools needed to become a successful urgent care clinic. Developed the clinic’s patent flow by adding an additional 8-10 patients per night and 20-30 each weekend.

Clear Channel Broadcasting- Promotional Consultant - Phoenix, AZ 09/06-01/08

Broadcast advertising Sales. Sold commercial airtime and wrote and produced commercials for my clients. Developed promotions to bring revenue to client businesses. Handled a client list of nearly $2 million in revenue and increased the revenue base by $1 Million within a year.

Starwood Vacation Resorts – Community Marketing Dept Sr Supervisor – Tempe AZ 07/02-09/06

Supervised members of sales staff showcasing resort packages for Sheraton & Weston /Resorts. Provided regular field training, department goal and budget setting. Developed programs showcasing resorts in markets outside the general consumer base with total revenues of over $1,000,000.00 in the first year.

Mt. States Publishing – Sales Mgr - Albuquerque, NM 07/01-07/02

Developed a pocket-sized telephone book that could be placed in a vehicle glove box. The book contained local residential and business listings including yellow page advertisements. Brought the project to publish with $1.5 million in gross revenue. Published 2 volumes before it became obsolete due to smart phones and the internet.

Promotional Consultant, Citadel Communications – Albuquerque, NM 11/99-06/01

Sold radio broadcast advertising and developed marketing programs for various businesses throughout the Central New Mexico market. Handled over $3 million in revenue and developed community festivals and cross promotions for further non-traditional revenue sources where businesses would sponsor events or help promote concerts and other community events netting the company and additional $1 million in revenue each year.

LifeTalk Broadcasting Network – National Sales Manager – Knoxville, TN 3/96-10/99

Developed radio stations and sales staffs throughout the Continental United Sates and Alaska. Secured contractors and engineers to build and sign on radio stations. Hired and trained the staff to operate the station. There were 3 stations signed on when coming to this companies employ and there were 9 more by the time I completed my tenure. During that time, I also secured various sponsorships and developed national programs that were aired on this network. Securing several $100 thousand dollars sponsors in each market.
