Responsible for inspection of Ceramic Lined Coal Pipe & Wear Solutions for the Power Plant Industry. Duties include inspection Coal Chutes, Pulverisers, Fan blades, Orifice Rings & maintaining a Quality Plan for the Company's Core Values. Record keeping of all GD & T information, interaction between all suppliers to assure Quality integrity /First part inspection & dimensional verification per engineered drawings using Measuring devices and visual inspection. Devices included Micrometers, Digital & Manual Calipers, Height Gages, Digital & Manual Bore Gages & Paint thickness gages. Calibration duties consisted of being responsible for all tools & welding machines being used for fabrication to be certified per ISO standard requirements this includes Masters, Standards & Employee tools along with documentation for record keeping. Visual Inspection using Penetrant, Mag Particle & Zyglo along with being certified for Penetrant Testing (XRI Troy MI) & Visual Welding Inspection (Hobart School of Welding)

Contracted into General Motors Truck and Bus. Followed design, build, and installation of GMT 368 (SSR) into Lansing. This duty required concept review; design review and all build related issues. Coordinated all PFEMAS, I was responsible for all zones in the body shop during the

B.I.W. stage.

Followed design, build and installation of the GMT-381 (G-6) into Lake Orion Assembly. I was required to review all phases of concept, design, build and installation. I was responsible for "H" Zone and "K" Zone, body side rings. The GMT 900 into Flint Assembly I was responsible for the Process, Design, Tool build and Installation. For D, H, L& K Zones

Gonzalez Contract Services Tool Design/Build/Installation Follow-up

Contracted into General Motors Truck and Bus. Responsibilities included tool design follow-up and plant installation for all 54 JPH Line speed increase Kits to improve cycle time. In Janesville Wisconsin, followed tool build for 1997 P.S.I.R. Tools in Mansfield, Ohio with follow up into Ft Wayne, Assembly. Followed 1997 S.D.M. Stud Welding Tools at the Die Management Group in Pontiac Michigan with install into Ft Wayne Assembly. Followed design and build of the Tahoe Police Package with install in Arlington Texas. Followed Designs for the 800-30 Commercial Program both Prototype tools & Production tools with follow-up into the Flint Assy Plant. Responsibilities included Zones B, C, & D. I was the liaison between Plant Body Shop & Engineering

Masco Tech Toot Designer - Tool / Design follow-up

Design mill fixtures and assembly tools for the Boeing Company using the CATIA System. Tool design vendor representative / liaison at the Boeing Company in Wichita, Kansas with duties that include tool design coordination concurrent with Engineering drawing release and production. Manufacturing shop liaison from fabrication of tool to production of tool. Screening and critiquing T/O's for quality and release.

Designed weld fixtures for 1992 Pontiac & Oldsmobile wheelhouse. Tool liaison in Wentzville Missouri. Coordinating with Engineers on tooling changes required to improve the body shop vehicle building process during the "Body in White "stage. These duties included redesigning existing fixtures and tooling, and designing new fixtures and portions of the tools to improve body build. Reviewed the operation of tools and fixtures for improvement in efficiency and cycle time.
