Switch yard AIS/GIS (400 / 230 / 110 /33 KV ), Switch gear Panel, Power Transformer, Inverter transformer, Auxiliary Transformer, Distribution Transformer, LA, CT, PT, SF6 Breaker, Isolator, CVT, Wave Trap. & Main and Transfer bus bar and Transmission line area. Coordination with site supervision and instruct them to complete the site activity like pile foundation, MMS structure fixing, Module fixing, String cable connection, Inverter erection, Transformer, HT & LT Equipment Erection & Commissioning.
Testing and Commissioning of Transformer, Current Transformer, Potential Transformer and Circuit Breaker.
Pre commissioning test perform of all electrical equipment’s. Material procurement of HV/LT system
Develop standard operation procedures and quality or safety standards for solar installation work. Responsible for Module IV Curve testing, Cable IR test for HT & LT Cables. Responsible for Operation and Maintenance activities in All AC&DC Equipment. Responsible for Preventive Maintenance activity as per schedule & requirements. Responsible for plant preventive maintenance as well as breakdown maintenance and maintain the proper documentation for that. And MIS, MMR, MRM Report also etc.. Responsible for To send Daily Generation Report ( DGR ) to Client on time and analyze the DGR for any discrepancy or deficiency in the system.
Trouble shoot Electrical component failure and ability to read drawing and schematics. Experience in handling and successfully overcoming stressful situations. Site supervision, Manpower planning budgeting learning and development. Responsible for Electrical and Electronic devices and AC & DC circuitry, HV/LV system and distribution. Understanding of utility inter connections, Metering requirements and data system. Fault rectification and troubleshooting in working hours to avoid generation loss. Responsible for Supervise the plant monitoring through SCADA system. Responsible for check & perform MV/HT transmission line. Daily inspection of module cleaning & associated system and grass cutting work.
Responsible for maintain the site store. All spares and tools should be kept in store properly and maintaining all assets, tools, material and equipment in the plant. Submission of site expenses, bills and vouchers and account statement as and when required. Plant development activities like gardening, painting, and safety boards. Responsible for Must ensure standard safety practice and ensure immediate support and remedy during safety emergency.
