•Perform troubleshooting of furnace instruments like pressure
,temperature,flow,differential transmitter include switches like pressure,limits,speed,vibration,and mode motor and burner.
•Perform calibration of weighing scale everday in finish product area
•Conduct troubleshooting all instrument like on/off valve and control valve for example for the on/off valve check the feedback limits switch for close/open position and the for command check the solenoid for opening and closing if it's ok or not include the marshalling cabinet check the fuses if it's ok or broken for the control valve check the actual status include the feedback to 4-20 mA or percent opening closing that same DCS they same reading if possible not we will proceed auto calibration the positioner through the HART communicator.
•Perform troubleshooting and calibration of process analyzers and detectors like PH, Conductivity,ORP using buffer solutions for detectors like hydrogen,ammonia and H2S using gas span and zero actual perform calibration.
•Perform troubleshooting and site calibration configuration all transmitter like pressure,flow,level and temperature.
•Perform troubleshooting of all switches and proximity.
•Perform modification and replacement of all instrument include cable,and tubing
•Conduct calibration everday of weighing scale 2000 kilos and 250 kilos nickel and Cobalt briket.
•Continue support to the operation and waiting for the call of DCS operators if something trouble for the instruments.
•Conduct PM or preventive maintenance of all instruments as per daily schedule.
