started at Frontier on March *th **** and was laid off on December 9th 2022 due to layoffs.While I was there, I backed up CT. sales reps and put there sales in the system and got the ball rolling for installs. I took calls from larger customers to explaining any billing questions or put in trouble tickets or solve any issues that they had.
