Ensured quality on-time delivery of 19 daily newspapers in five states (DE, NJ, PA, MD & VA) by recruiting contractors for delivery routes and guaranteeing the routes were completed correctly by 14 District managers. Managed delivery service goals and circulation volumes to ensure revenue goals were met. Budgeted circulation volumes, revenue, and expenses. Managed delivery of 11 non-daily newspapers in Delaware and Maryland.

Optimized delivery routes for maximum volumes and profit within delivery window resulting in a reduction of route/carriers from 300 routes served by 240 contract carriers in 2016 to 80 routes served by 80 contract carriers 2024.

Oversaw the conversion of delivery routes in unprofitable areas to USPS delivery.
