Im actually still there my accomplishment with this job is that its a challenge and scary at times. If you don't know how to handle residents with altimerzers and dementia it could be a tough situation. I learned its a way to handle these type of residents, You have to b e gentle and soft spoken. So I feel like I accomplished a lot by learning different side of affect of dementia and altimer patients. Skills Used
The skills that I used was my good nursing skills, Ivebeen doing nursing for 14 years. I dealt with multiple attitudes and different personalities, In the nusing field you will always run into different types of people. I dealt with combative patients. Me being in the nursing field you have to know that some of these patients is not having these different behaviors because they want to. You have to be a patient nurse a good nurse to be in this field.
