Responsible for project design planning, execution and co-ordination with inter-department and customer.

Ventilation system sizing calculations includes Air Washer, Unitary Air Filtration, Centrifugal and tube axial supply/exhaust and propeller fan and tonnage requirement of air conditioning system

Duct sizing calculation, AC Duct layout and Ventilation duct layout for both Wet and Dry type ventilation system.

Preparation and selection of pump capacity, head and friction loss calculations, Line sizing and Pipe thickness calculation.

Review and evaluation of the offers received from all the bidders in line with respective Codes and standards & Review of the Vendor drawings / documents and documentation

Preparation and review of PFDs and P&IDs of Fire detection, Alarm & Protection System & HVAC System.

Preparation of Feasible Report (FR), Techno-Economic Feasibility Report (TFR), Design Basis Report (DBR) and Due Diligence Study Report for HVAC & FPS system

Review and evaluation of the offers received from all the bidders in line with respective Codes and standards & Review of the Vendor drawings / documents and documentation

Project co-ordination with Clients, Vendors, EPC Contractor, Consultant and maintaining management reports for all phases and reporting project progress to the customer / senior Management.

Review the inspection and shop performance test results of equipment’s.

Preparation and selection of pump capacity, head and friction loss calculations, Line sizing and Pipe thickness calculation.
