One bad experience for a single person can really hurt everyone because word of mouth is the best advertisement or it can truly hurt your business and reputation and spread like a wildfire. True hospitality is a whole experience and it seems like it is harder and harder to find anymore anywhere. It seems like almost a dying art and most people don’t know what it means or entails or they just don’t care enough to provide true hospitality to their guests and they don’t want to hear constructive criticism or learn how to improve their service to make top dollar tips and see how they are hurting themselves as well as the company and the customers that are spending their money with us.. people seem to think that a tip is automatic and that they should be given it just to do the bare minimum but tipping is not something that should be given and you should always earn it and be a complete servant to whomever is paying you.
