My name is Maria Richelda P. Eman. I have had customer support experience for more than 6 years. I believe I meet all the essential criteria for the role and can make an effective and immediate contribution to your company. What motivated me to apply for this position is my experience because I know I can make this, and I can handle this job well with all the pressure. In my previous job, I was able to work in First- and Third-Party Collection Specialist to customers in US. I contacted over 200+ customers daily with their unpaid bills. Collect payments on outstanding invoices. Process payment arrangement to the customer to settle the account. And aside from that I was able to work in sales before for 2 years as a Dietary Supplement Representative and a Customer Service Representative in Verizon Wireless (Telecommunication) both business and consumer for 3 years and both of them are outbound and inbound. One of my roles in Verizon Wireless is selling their products, process orders, track orders, process refunds if needed. My goal is to develop and deliver customer service that not only makes for happy customers but also builds loyalty.
